Terms and conditions

• Children are to be signed in and signed out by a parent or guardian, each day, at the Clubhouse.
  
  Zorb balls will be available for use for children taller than 140cm, please make mention on the registration form if you would not like your child to participate.
  
  Refund Policy
  
  Very occasionally, things happen which make participation at the camp difficult. When you book with us you fully accept our policy on refunds.
  
  There are no full refunds within 48 hours of the camp start time. If a refund is granted this will be subject to an administration fee (30% of the course cost paid if paid in full).
  
  There are no full refunds within 24 hours of the camp start time. If a refund is granted this will be subject to an administration fee (50% of the course cost paid if paid in full).
  
  When the participant commences at the camp and for some reason cannot continue (due to weather, illness, injury or an act of god) our policy is to not give refunds but instead, 'credits' for future football camps.
  
  If a participant has completed over 50% of their camp booking, then no refund is given nor should be expected.
  
  No refund requests are considered 36 hours after the event completion.
  
  We are very considerate of polite and reasonable refund requests.
