Field Status (OPEN or CLOSED) is displayed on our website's home page in the top right hand corner (both mobile and full screen versions of the website). If the Icon is Red, all fields are closed. If the Icon is Green, all fields are open. If the Icon is Yellow, some fields are closed. Click on the Icon to get more detailed information on which fields are open/closed.
We do not make the decision to close the pitches lightly, but do need to manage the pitches through a very long season for the benefit of all Rangers members and team.
Whenever there is the threat of inclement weather, we will make a decision on the availability of the pitches by 3:30pm at the latest.
For the protection of our playing surfaces, ALL teams are asked to abide by any pitch closures. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Fixtures
Postponement of fixtures will be advised by the Squadi App. When a club informs Football Queensland that their fields are closed they will update the fixture to "postponed" in squadi. Please check the App.
